- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★undoubtedly worth the detour. The owner (sorry I forgot his name) invented the idea of 'Ice Cider'. He lets apples freeze on the tree multiple times, and then in Feb or March presses those fruits while it is still freeezing to only extract the sirup and turns it into a sweet wine.
